I had fun creating this Mason Jar shaker card with the sunflower image from the Jar of Flowers bundle #154064, and the adorable Flowers for Every Season gems inside the Shaker Dome!!
The sunflowers are stamped with Memento Black ink so I could color them with my Stampin’ Blends markers. See the photo below for all the colors I used.
How to make the Shaker Card
I cut the Designer Paper from the Flowers for Every Season designer paper pack #152486, at 3″ x 5″, then punched the Jar centered left to right, and as far in as the punch would go. To stamp the jar, lay the punched piece over Whisper White Cardstock and stamp the jar outline and the water, then the stems right inside the punched opening. That way you’ll know it lines up perfectly when you are ready to assemble your shaker card with the gems and the dome.

I wanted to use this cute little scalloped circle die cut piece from the Tasteful Labels dies #152886, but the greeting was too big. Problem solved: Use the Night of Navy (or any color) Stampin’ Write marker and color only the portion of the stamp you want to use, stamp that on the die cut! The greeting is from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set #152517.

I did end up stamping the sunflower image a 2nd time on another Whisper White scrap, coloring the flowers, fussy cutting them with my paper snips, and adding more sunflowers to the card.
The final touch was a piece of the 1/4″ Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon tied in a bow and adhered with 2 glue dots to the card!

Just wanted to clarify.. it’s not a Stampin’ Blend marker.. don’t use those on your rubber… it’s a Stampin’ Write marker. 🙂
