Sending you a Little Love

I have a couple more Valentine's cards filled with love for you … since it is Valentine's week.. right? Well, I am IN LOVE with the beautiful flower stencil piece found in the Stampin' Up! Artisan Embellishment kit!!!

So you're wondering how I created that beautiful floral background, right?

Grab one of the stencils in your Artisan Embellishment kit (pg 27 Occasions catalog or HERE online) and a sponge dauber, and apply ink onto your cardstock! Alternating between light and dark really gives this interesting dimension.

I used Rose Red ink and my Sponge Dauber for these samples.

I'm just tickled over how well these products coordinate… I LOVE it when a stamp matches a punch.. and then when you find an embellishment created just for the image.. wow!! TOO FUN!! Itty Bitty Accents punch and Epoxy Stickers are the bomb!

I was looking for a sentiment with "love" in it, and I came across this one in the Build a Bouquet stamp set.. it's on pg 29 in the Occasions catalog, or here in my online store. I think it just fits this tag perfectly, and I loved the scripty font and the message!

I cut a 2" wide strip of Whisper White cardstock and punched the top with my Ornate Tag Topper Punch, stamped the sentiment with Rose Red ink, then added 2 pieces of Stacked with Love Washi Tape. I tied a piece of Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding and Sahara Sand Lace trim on the top of the tag.

The tiny hearts paper is from the Stacked with Love paper stack – limited time only and it's the best seller in the Occasions catalog!! Find it on pg 5.
