I hope you are enjoying the hustle and bustle of the Christmas Season… I do think that the past 2 weeks were STOLEN RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER ME!! Where in the world did the 1st half of December go??
Today I am sharing 2 of the cards from our recent Christmas Stamp A Stack class.. to view the details of coloring the rhinestones, PLEASE VIEW THE VIDEO in this blog post.
The card below features the hottest accessory of the season.. the Stocking Punch... did you know that this fabulous punch will not be in the July Stampin' Up! catalog? So if you want it.. you need to order it now!
I am excited to share my VIDEO TUTORIAL for making the paper medallions with the Stampin’ Up! Simply Scored tool!! Last month I shared my FALL WREATH with you and many of you asked for a video and it’s finally here! 🙂 Thanks for your patience!
Here are a few close up photos of the Christmas paper medallions on my wreath (see video for all the details):
Don’t you love how the diagonal striped paper almost makes the medallion look like it is spinning!?
I found the fun red glitter bow at a discount store, but you could also make this out of the RED GLIMMER PAPER from Stampin’ Up!
I wanted to try out Gwen's idea for the Mica Flakes and the battery operated candles… wow.. so fun!! I know I am really not very far in Christmas decorating yet, but I put a few things on the mantle and wanted to use these little battery operated candles in a jar with the Mica Flakes like Gwen did.
I got these little red star battery operated candles at a discount store .. i think they were 6 for $3 .. what a deal!
Don't the Mica Flakes just SPARKLE with the light from the battery operated candle?!!??
You'll want to order your Mica Flakes SOON.. they are only available in the Stampin' Up! Holiday mini catalog for a few more weeks!
I think I cut the last of my roses for this season, so I filled 2 of my large vases with ornaments from the discount store :) it's a start… tree will go up next weekend I hope!
