ABOVE:  Look at the difference between just stamping the Celebrate Sunflowers image (right) and adding color with sponge daubers direct to rubber before stamping, and adding a little more sponging after stamping (left).  I also used the blender pen to pull the Bumblebee color into the petals!

The thick Whisper White card base is 4-1/4″ square, and I added a small strip of Flowers for Every Season designer paper to the bottom portion, then tied Bumblebee ribbon around the card.  HELLO was stamped in Just Jade ink on a Whisper White die cut from the Tasteful Labels dies.  HELLO is from the Forever Fern set #152559, and there is a similar HELLO in the Blossoms in Bloom set #152684

Stamping the sunflower leaves in either Shaded Spruce, Just Jade or Garden Green on Very Vanilla cardstock, then using the Blender Pen to add a little color finishes off this card!

ABOVE: this is a standard size 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ card, with a 2″ strip of the same Flowers for Every Season designer paper in the background.  I stamped the sunflower the same way but for the leaves, I used Just Jade cardstock and ink. The greeting, from Nothing’s Better Than was also stamped in Just Jade ink.
