How I Made the Card:
4-1/4″ x 11″ Mango Melody top fold card base, scored at 5-1/2″, folded in half
4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Rainbow Glimmer Paper adhered to card base
4″ x 5-1/4″ Thick Basic White cardstock, die cut with the HAPPY die, adhered to Glimmer paper with Foam Adhesive Sheets
Balloons and JB die cut with Glimmer paper
In Color enamel dots (some colored with Stampin’ Blends) added to card front
birthday stamped in Pacific Point onto die cut, added with dimensionals
