I often give multiple gift cards to the same person, so I was thinking of a way to make a Gift Card Holder with several slots for multiple gift cards. I came up with this idea using the Stampin’ UP! Pillow Boxes!
It’s so fun to receive gift cards to your favorite places, and you could even use this to store them until you use them all!
By folding the Pillow Box in half, sealing the 2 halves together, then securing 2 of the folded pillow boxes together, you can create 4 slots for gift cards (or notes, photos, business cards, etc.).
How to Make the Gift Card Holder:
I needed 3 of these gift card holders, so I created 3 different versions, each using the Stampin’ UP! Night Before Christmas 6×6 Designer Paper. One of them features the stamped penguin from the Playful Penguins set (retiring!!).
The Christmas Trees gift card holder also features the beautiful Gold Glitter Enamel Dots, and the Pretty Peacock / Old Olive ribbon. Find all of these Stampin’ UP! papercrafting supplies in my online store here or by clicking any photo at the bottom of this blog post.
The gift card holder below features Night Before Christmas paper just like the others, and features the beautiful Cherry Cobbler 3/8″ Diagonal Striped Ribbon. The to / from tag is from the Night Before Christmas Memories & More pack.
How cute is this gift card holder with the stamped penguin!? 🙂 I used the Playful Penguins set, the Night Before Christmas paper and the Real Red Cotton Ribbon.
Thank you for joining me today.. I hope you enjoyed this gift card holder idea and that you might try making one sometime!
