Here's the deal... I stopped in Walgreen's and found myself in the Halloween Candy Aisle.. and I couldn't resist.. so I picked up an armful of all different cute candy to wrap up and share ideas for Halloween Candy Treat Bags!
I'll have 3 posts over the coming week or so to share with you .. this is PART 1, featuring Halloween Night designer paper, Baker's Twine, Enamel Dots, Washi Tape, and the Spooky Fun stamp set and framelit bundle!! You'll find those items on pages 51 and 52 of the 2016 Holiday catalog. I also added some Pumpkin Pie Glimmer paper and the ADORABLE mini tassels from page 55!
Both of these fun Russell Stover candies are placed inside a 3"x6" Gusseted Cello bag (page 176 annual catalog) and then decorated with Halloween Night paper and some of the accessories listed above.

I wrapped a strip of the Halloween Night paper around the cello bag after slipping the candy inside, then wrapped the Halloween Baker's twine around that. The excess part of the bag is just folded over and secured in the back.
Before tying the bow, I added the mini tassel! :)
The Pumpkin Pie Glimmer bats are die cut with the Halloween Scenes Edgelit dies (page 52 Holiday Catalog).
Excuse me.. but these tassels are WAY Too fun!! Don't they just add the cutest touch to this package!? It really shows that you care about someone when you take a moment to add a little extra somethin' to their Halloween Treat!
The 3x6 cello bag below has a 2-7/8"x7" piece of Halloween Night paper slipped inside along with the candy, then the top 1" of the paper is folded forward and stapled.
To decorate this fun Halloween candy treat, I die cut the pumpkins and fence pieces from the Halloween Scenes Edgelit die pack and added them to a "flag" and onto the bag topper. I also die cut a black bat, and added a little stamped banner with Halloween Night enamel shapes.
Money Saving Bundle! Save 10% when you buy the stamp set and edgelit dies in a bundle! #144437
