Dragonfly Note Cards - Stampin' UP! Occasions catalog

I know this isn't a New Years card, but thought you might like to see a Sneak Peek from the upcoming 2017 Occasions catalog!

I cut the bokeh pattern from the Falling In Love paper to 3-1/4" x 4-2/4" to fit onto the Crumb Cake Note card, then wrapped the So Saffron die cut from the So Detailed thinlit dies around the designer paper before putting it onto the note card.

I die cut a Stitched Shape circle framelit in Very Vanilla Cardstock to fit over the middle section of the die and added a birthday greeting to it from the Best Birds stamp set, and flowers from the Falling for You set.

Finishing off this pretty card is a Gold Foil paper dragonfly die cut from the new Detailed Dragonfly thinlit assortment.. so pretty in gold! The dragonfly thinlit set is also available on 1/4/17.

You could probably use almost any one of the beautiful patterns from the Falling in Love designer series paper pack for a card like this. Check out the gorgeous patterns in my close up photo below, and see it on page 51 in the Occasions catalog.
