In preparation for our Luv 2 Stamp Group Stamp a Rama event in October, I was trying to decide which color of star accent border I liked best for my Christmas Card idea. So I made several samples… can you guess which one I liked best?
I decided I actually liked the yellow one the best.. it's just a 1" wide scrap of Daffodil Delight cardstock behind the punched star border. (see this VIDEO for tips on using the Confetti Star Border punch).
Participants in our Luv 2 Stamp Group "Stamp a Rama" (shoebox swap) actually had their choice when they made my card.. they could leave the stars with the red showing through, or add the yellow strip.
I wanted to teach everyone a useful tip, so I taught them how to alter the size of the trees with the Stampin' Up! Tree Punch!
