I was stamping with Cindee and Lisa a few days ago, and we got out the Spiral Flower die (new in the 2014 Stampin' UP! Occasions Catalog) and we were going for a "vintage style" flower or rose… we tried several techniques, and it was interesting how each of us basically did the same thing, but our flowers came out so differently!!

LOL, I did the same thing last week Patty for a page in my Grateful Art Journal. I wanted them to look vintage so made three flowers and they all turned out different (if you want to see how they turned out, look on my blog). My favorite way for vintage flower is to use the Core’dinations Card Stock and sanding block after cut, before rolled. Love all of yours, but my favorites are the variegated yellow and pink in upper right. I can’t wait to see your video and how you did yours. I know I will learn a lot of tips from you!!
