It's that time again!! Thank you for joining us on our February Blog Tour !! whoohoo!! You probably arrived here from DANNIE'S BLOG, if not, please be sure to visit her!
This month our focus is on products in the OCCASIONS MINI CATALOG – enjoy the ideas on the tour and please leave us comments if you have a moment to do so.
Paper Flower Card by Patty Bennett:
Above: I've seen people punching shapes from old books or magazines. I was going to do that and decided to use the fabulous A to Z single stamp on pg 42 of the Occasions Mini catalog – I stamped plain printer/xerox paper with the stamp in Basic Gray ink, then punched it out with our OH SO COOL Extra Large Fancy Flower Punch (4 times) then sponged each flower with some Creamy Caramel ink, sponged the edges in red, and poked a hole thru all the layers with the paper piercing tool, and added a new fabulous Red Epoxy brad! Additional Occasions Mini products also featured in this card: leaves from the Sweet Pea felt pack, Red Satin Ribbon (embossed with the finial press folder and the Big Shot), Dot Dot Dot single stamp (pg 42), Fine Flourish single stamp (pg 42). WOW.. how many NEW products was that!?
HEART HUGS THANK YOU CARDS by Patty Bennett:
I needed several Thank You cards to send to customers in February, so I made up these adorable, quick and cute "Hugs" thank you notes…. these feature the new "HUGS" notes (item 118778, pg 19 Occasions Mini catalog) decorated with hearts from the Full Heart Punch (regular catalog, pg 187) and the new "Heart of Hearts" Embosslit die (item 117332, pg 15 in the mini catalog). These 2 hearts layer perfectly together!
Embellishments include Epoxy Brads (pg 13 mini catalog), heart punchouts (from the Boho Blossoms punch, pg 187 in the catalog) and the fabulous new set called "With all my Heart", (item 118134, pg 12 in the mini catalog). Each note is tucked into it's coordinating Glassine Rectangle Envelope (item 117227, pg 19 mini catalog).
Please enjoy the rest of the tour!

Great projects – love those thank you cards, they are so detailed!!
Love the vintage flower on the card, Patty! I have to try my hand at this when I have a day to stamp. Everything for the tour is just excellent!
Cute thank you note cards!
Great job – love how you made the flowers look like those ones people punch from books! Goodness…I dunno if I could ever allow myself to do that…they’re BOOKS! 😉
Hi Patty! I altogether missed that neat, single Flourish stamp! I like your TY cards. One ? You say you used the full heart and the dotted emosslits heart BUT the full heart doesn’t have the scalloped edges? Did I miss a new punch, too? lol The new lg flower punch is great and so are your flowers. I especially liked the vintage-look, layered flowers you made. Gabby 🙂 P.S. If I win, I want the Snowbuddies set. THANKS!
DAH!!! Ignore my heart punch ? Right after I posted I looked at them again and realized you embossed twice, cut once! Silly me! Gabby 🙂
Super cute projects Patty, I just love your Valentines!!! *STAMPIN HUGS* Alex
I’ve been here everyday for a while! ( newsletter) love what you do!
LOVE that vintage-y flower, my dear. At first I thought that you DID use some old book pages – clever girl!! And those thank you notes are simply darling!! I do think some glassine envelopes are going to have to be on my next order!!
WOW! Fabulous and inspiring MOJO! Love that flower and all the thank you with hearts.

Patty, what a clever idea to emboss the ribbon! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that! I also haven’t seen the hugs used much and these are soooo pretty! I love what you did with them! Great tour stop!
embossing the satin ribbonis a fantastic idea!
I don’t see my comment on here from last night, so I have to say it again!! Those little notecards are precious!
I have been hoarding mine, so you have inspired me to get them out. I am going to try embossing my ribbon also! Fab idea!
What a great way to use those new glassine envies and coordinating cards! And also I love that you were able to use several of the new background stamps on one project and they look great. That alphabet flower would also be a great scrapbook embellishment! Thanks for the inspiration! ~Michelle
Patty…I’m going to send you the bill for the Extra Large Fancy Flower Punch, the Hugs notes & the glassine envelopes…I hope you don’t mind!! Tee-Hee! Such cute projects that always push me over the edge to want to buy something I’ve been trying to resist!! Thanks for your fun projects…Erin Blair
Love the Flourish Stamp. I think those stamps are so easily missed because they aren’t full size. Now I gotta check what I have vintage in my basement, thanks for that idea!
That card is beautiful! Love the colors.
You have such a great sense of style.
Great projects! TFS!
Love the notes, Patty! TFS!

Great use of those Glassine evny’s, but I LOVE your paper flower in the top sample. So girlie.
Pretty projects, Patty! Love the Glassine thank you notes…great idea!
Love notes are super cute. I am going to try and make some this weekend. Thanks for the inspiration.
Well…since I live in the “North Country” I would love to win the Patterned Pines set! Love, love, love your blog…it always brightens up my day! Thanks for sharing yourself with all of us! Maggi
I opine that there is not a good idea to create the analytical essay by your own! I think, this is more comfortable to order the argumentative essay at the paper writing service, because that saves free time.
Really fantastic article regarding the project. I just really love it. Thanks for making a wonderful share!
